Panaji, Sep 29 Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar's hospitalisation has not hampered administrative work in the state as he is clearing official documents from New Delhi's AIIMS, a senior minister said Saturday.
Parrikar is undergoing treatment at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, for a pancreatic disease.
"The chief minister is clearing all the files from the hospital. Whatever documents are being sent, he is clearing them inside two-three days. No documents are pending," said Goa Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Sudin Dhavalikar.
He was addressing journalists on the sidelines of a function, where a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was marked with the Portuguese government on water supply and sanitation.
Dhavalikar said according to bearings of Parrikar, state Cabinet individuals will hold an audit meeting each Wednesday to talk about regulatory issues. From that point onward, a give an account of the gathering will be put before the central clergyman, he included
"We all ministers are capable of holding the (respective) charge. We are taking care of the considerable number of issues of the state," he stated, including that "the managerial work is being observed by the central secretary".
Parrikar, 62, is conceded in the AIIMS since September 15. He prior experienced treatment in the US.
The political situation in Goa has pulled in a great deal of consideration over the most recent couple of weeks because of Parrikar's nonattendance from office following ill health.
