Rajya Sabha preclusion case: Supreme Court issues notice to Sharad Yadav

New Delhi, Sep 24 The Supreme Court on Monday issued a notice to veteran political leader Sharad Yadav and looked for his reaction on the Janata Dal (United) request of on his disqualification as a member of the Rajya Sabha.

A two-judge bench of the apex court, headed by Justice Arjan Kumar Sikri and furthermore involving Justice Ashok Bhushan, issued the notice to Yadav and looked for his reaction inside about fourteen days.
