Delhi court rejects AAP's supplication in criminal slander case

New Delhi [India], Jan 2: A Delhi court on Tuesday expelled the uses of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) pioneers, including that by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, regarding the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) criminal maligning case.

The supplications had looked for specific records and data regarding the affirmed money related inconsistencies in DDCA.

Prior, Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley had recorded a criminal maligning body of evidence against Kejriwal and five other AAP pioneers, including Ashutosh, Kumar Vishwas, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chaddha and Deepak Bajpai for professedly issuing false and defamatory proclamations against him and his family regarding affirmed budgetary inconsistencies in the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) while he was its leader in the vicinity of 2000 and 2013.

In his grumbling, Jaitley blamed Kejriwal and others for maligning and looked for Rs 10 crore as harms.
