New Delhi, Mar 17 Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Saturday asserted that no one can stop Congress President Rahul Gandhi from becoming the Prime Minister in 2019.
Talking at the 84th Congress Plenary Session in Delhi, the Congress leader stated, "Nobody can stop Rahul Gandhi from becoming into the Prime Minister of the nation in 2019."
Additionally communicating trust in winning the up and coming Karnataka Assembly surveys, the Congress pioneer stated, "I am sure that under the initiative of Rahul Gandhi we will come to control in Karnataka with pounding dominant part. It will be a major draw and venturing stone for the up and coming decisions,"
Siddaramaiah further claimed 90 percent of guarantees made in the election manifesto during 2013 Karnataka Assembly polls have been satisfied.
"Today with the blessings of Sonia Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi our government has fulfilled more than 90% of what was guaranteed made in our pronouncement. We made practical guarantees," Siddaramaiah included.
At the ongoing Plenary Session, the Congress on Saturday chose to embrace a realistic approach for participation with all similar gatherings to overcome the BJP-RSS in the 2019 decisions.
Earlier in the day, Rahul Gandhi, while addressing to the first Plenary Session as the party president, asserted that it is the Congress party, who can "show the way and take the country forward".
The Gandhi scion also assaulted the Narendra Modi-drove BJP government at the Center over its alleged misrule.
"The nation is tired of what is going on under the present Government," he included.
