Tillerson lambast Russia over United Kingdom nerve agent assault

Washington, Mar 13 United States Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Monday condemned Russia, with respect to a nerve agent assault on a former Russian spy Sergei Skripal in the United Kingdom a week ago.

In a harsh condemnation to Moscow, Tillerson stated, "From Ukraine to Syria, and now the UK, Russia keeps on being an irresponsible force of instability in the world, acting with open disregard for the sway of different states and the life of their citizens."

The US Secretary of State felt idealistic about the examination by the UK and its evaluation that Russia was "likely responsible" for the nerve specialist assault.

"We agree that those responsible and both the individuals who committed the crime and those who requested it must face properly genuine outcomes. We remain in solidarity with our partners in the UK and will keep on coordinating intently our reactions," Tillerson included.

Prior on Monday, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that Russia was "very likely" in charge of the assault.

Retired military insight officer Skripal, 66, and his little girl, Yulia, 33, were discovered drooped on a seat in Salisbury downtown area on March 4. Nonetheless, they stay in a basic yet stable condition in doctor's facility.

The White House noticed that the use of an exceptionally deadly nerve specialist against Skripal and his little girl "was a shock."

Representative Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Monday underscored that Washington D.C. had been keeping a tab on the episode in the UK intently, including that the assault was "neglectful, unpredictable and untrustworthy."

As per the reports, Skripal was sentenced by the Russian administration of passing insider facts to UK's Secret Intelligence Service MI6 in 2004, yet was given asylum in the UK in 2010 as a major aspect of a "spy swap."
