Kathua rape: Petition filed looking for urgent hearing against torment on social activist

New Delhi, Aug 07 A habeas corpus petition to has been documented under the watchful eye of the Supreme Court looking for a dire hearing against the charged torment distributed to social extremist Talib Hussain by Jammu and Kashmir police, regarding the affirmed Kathua assault and murder case.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI) Dipak Misra is probably going to hear the issue on Wednesday.

The petitioner guaranteed, when Hussain was helping the relatives of the Kathua casualty, the police supposedly lifted him up and there was no data as to where he is at exhibit.

Hussain is a social activist, who drove a tumult looking for equity for the group of the eight-year-old casualty.

The eight-year-old girl, having a place with a nomadic Muslim tribe, was abducted, drugged, gang-raped, tortured and killed in January.
