New Delhi, May 17 Former Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, who protected Karnataka Governor Vajubhai R. Vala's choice to welcome the BJP to frame the following government in the state, said on Thrusday that now the issue is under the steady gaze of the Supreme Court for an official choice.
Rohatgi, condemned the urgency of the Congress and the Janata Dal (Secular) to put the issue under the steady gaze of the Supreme Court.
He said the top court has the ability to fix on the off chance that anything turns out badly and thus, to list the issue in such urgency was not required.
"It was upto the Governor to take a choice on the same and he has appropriately practiced his right," Rohatgi said.
"There was no earnestness as indicated by me. The issue require not have been recorded during the evening. SC has the ability to fix if any wrong is finished. We didn't have legitimate papers," he included.
At the point when gotten some information about the choice of Governor Vala to call the BJP to frame the administration, Rohatgi said the choice was exclusively up to the previous, which have appropriately worked out.
