Jipur, May 14 President Ram Nath Kovind went by the Brahma sanctuary and the dargah of Sufi Saint Hazarat Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Rajasthan's Ajmer today.
The president touched base here yesterday for a two-day visit.
Dering Kovind's visit to the dargah, he got the Bhagawad Gita from Deewan Zainul Abedin Ali Khan.
Khan said that service of the country ought to be given the first and foremost priority and the holy book of Gita says that one should perform Karma and not want for the outcomes.
"The blessing was gone for giving a message of concordance to the adherents of the considerable number of religions in the nation from the Ajmer dargah," Nasiruddin Chisti, the senior child of Khan, said.
Earlier in the day, the president offered prayer at the Brahma temple in Pushkar.
