Prime Minister Modi touts friendly neighbourhood relations with Nepal

Janakpur, May 11 Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nationals of Nepal during a rally at Janakpur as he said that the nation starts things out in India's Neighbourhood First Policy.

PM Modi began his address with a verse from the holy book Ramayana, as he endeavored to delineate the friendship between India and Nepal through this.

He highlighted the fact that India and Nepal have always helped each other in the seasons of turbulence as he stated, " History remains as a declaration to at whatever point the two countries have confronted any troubles, we have helped each other."

He further talked recent elections that occurred in Nepal in April, post which Bidhya Devi Bhandari was chosen to be the President.

He stated, "I am cheerful that the democratic framework in Nepal is fortifying. You are offering significance to the democratic elections."

"I am cheerful that inside a year, three decisions at various levels have been led in Nepal. Further, all the seven kingdoms of Nepal have their own particular chose governments" Prime Minister Modi included.

He coined a term for Nepal's transition from dictatorship to democracy as he said, "The Nepalese youth left shots for votes."

He further said that he has confidence in one moto " Yuivaon ko kamai, Bacho ko padhai and Buzurgon ko Dawai" (Education for kids, Income for youth, Medicines for the old) and proceeded with that he is building a country where the poorest of the poor will get open doors for advancement.

He went to Nepal's Ram Janaki temple today and is additionally booked to visit Pashupatinath temple on Saturday.
