New Delhi, May 3 In a kind gesture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gifted a gold-coloured garland to a student after he asked for the former for the same on social media.
Rabesh Kumar Singh, a mechanical engineering student of Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, had approached the Prime Minister for the festoon on Twitter, which he wore amid an open rally in Madhya Pradesh a month ago.
"I was tuning in to you on Panchayati Raj Day; you gave an exceptionally pleasant discourse. I preferred the gold-shaded wreath you were wearing. Would i be able to get the same?" Singh asked the Prime Minister in a tweet.
The very next day, the Prime Minister sent a same garland to the student along with a letter which read, "I read your message on Twitter where you communicated your loving for the laurel I wore at Mandla on Panchayati Raj Diwas. I am sending you a letter alongside the wreath as a blessing. I wish you all the best for the future."
Singh, after receiving the gift, offered his thanks toward the Prime Minister and tweeted, "I am regarded in the wake of getting the blessing and letter from you. Much thanks for this beautiful gift and good luck message."
