United States goes for building up peace in Syria

Ankara (Turkey), May 1 United States Secretary of Defence James Mattis is concentrating on setting up peace in Syria with the assistance of the US diplomats to Syria.

"We do not want to simply pull out before the diplomats have won the peace, so you win the fight and then you win the peace," Mattis said in a Pentagon question and answer session, as quoted by the Anadolu Agency.

While reacting to the inquiry regarding how the United States would guarantee strength in Syria after the withdrawal of US troops, Mattis noticed that he would meet with UN unique emissary for Syria Staffan de Mistura and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

The US defence services in Syria are battling against the Islamic State activists while attempting at reviving the Geneva peace talks went for consummation the Syrian common war, Mattis included.

Further talking the on-going differences between the US and Turkish government at Manbij city in northern Syria, Mattis said that transactions between the two clashing sides are in progress while shunning going into points of interest.

Earlier there had been occasions where the US military has supported the PYD/PKK terrorists at Manbij causing conflicts between Ankara and Washington. From that point forward the two NATO partners fear military conflicts in Manbij.

Anadolu further reports that Washington had been giving arms and hardware to the Syrian Democratic Forces which are said to help the US in battling against the Islamic State aggressor gatherings.

PKK has been pursuing a war against Turkey since 33 years that has prompted the passing of thousands including regular folks.
