Enforcement Directorate (ED) documents charge sheet against Vijay Mallya

New Delhi, June 14 The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has documented a charge sheet against alcohol nobleman Vijay Mallya in a Mumbai court, sources said.

On Tuesday, a London court had allowed Mallya bail and scheduled July 6 as the next date of becoming aware of the extradition case filed against him.

In the wake of leaving the court on Tuesday, a troubled Mallya said "You can continue imagining about the billion pounds, however there's no confirmation."

"Do you have the truths? You can't demonstrate anything without truths," he included.

At the point when asked how he felt when he was booed at and called a hoodlum amid a match amongst India and South Africa, Mallya said:" I was not called a cheat that day by group at Oval ground. Two tanked people were yelling, however a few others came and wished me well".

Addressing media before his removal hearing, Mallya had stated, "I deny all assertions, I have enough proof to demonstrate my case in court."

England's Crown Prosecution Service contended the removal case for India's benefit. A joint CBI-ED group went to London a month ago with documents to reinforce the Crown's case.

Mallya owes as much as Rs. 9,000 crore to Indian banks. He was announced captured in absentia on April 18 after India made a formal extradition request for him on February 8.

The 61-year-old chief of the now-old Kingfisher Airlines fled India on March 2 a year ago, has been living in Britain, generally, from that point forward.
