Saif Ali khan to co-host IIFA 2017 with Karan Johar

Mumbai, Jun 15 Actor Saif Ali Khan is set to co-host the 18th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) grants with movie producer Karan Johar in New York.

The elegant honor function to be hung on July 15 will witness er-packed performances by Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon.

"I am glad to have returned to the IIFA stage this year as I join my dear companion Karan Johar to host the IIFA Awards in New York. This year it will be super fun and charming inside and out as Karan and I will have bunches of amazements in store for our fans universally," Saif said in an announcement.

Performer Varun Dhawan will likewise make his presentation at the function with a dazzling execution and will be seen co-hosting a portion of the awards night.

"I am absolutely excited to be a part of IIFA Awards in New York this year. I'm anticipating join everybody and see fans at the astonishing MetLife stadium. This year is turly going to be a fabulous festival and I can hardly wait to be there," Varun said.

The musical evening, IIFA Rocks 2017, will be hung on July 14 and will praise music maestro A R Rahman's 25 years in the business.

The show will highlight a variety of artists, including Diljit Dosanjh, Benny Dayal, Javed Ali, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi and Haricharan Seshadri.

The evening will be hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Manish Paul.
