Jat blend influences services on Mathura-Alwar rail track

Jaipur, Jun 23 Northern Western Railway (NWR) today cancelled two trains and redirected two others due to blockade on Mathura-Alwar rail track by Jat people group looking for OBC reservation benefits.

Prepare 51973 Mathura-Jaipur leaving from Mathura and prepare 51974 Jaipur to Mathura were cancelled, an NWR representative said here.

While prepare 12035 Jaipur to Agra fortress will end at Bandikui though prepare 51792 Bhiwani-Mathura will end at Alwa, he said.

In the mean time, courses of prepare 19666 Udaipur-Khajurau and 12403 Allahabad-Jaipur were occupied, the representative said.

Recently, a products prepare was ceased by the agitators close Deeg in Bharatpur.

Rail and road network remained affected in Bharatpur and neighbouring ranges in Rajasthan because of mix by Jat people group members requesting gift of OBC reservation advantages to the group in Dholpur and Bharatpur.
