Lucknow, June 10 Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sunil Kumar rejected the safeguard requests of 11 Lucknow University students, who were held for demonstrating black flags to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in dissent last Wednesday.
While passing the request on Friday, the court said that the offences were of genuine nature and subsequently the candidates did not merit safeguard.
The student had been sent to a 14-day legal authority subsequent to being held for their dissent.
