Karan Johar to have IIFA grants 2017 in New York

Mumbai, Jun 2 Filmmaker Karan Johar will be hosting the 18th edition of the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) awards to be held in New York from July 13 to 15.

The elegant honor service to be hung on July 15 will witness control stuffed exhibitions by Salman Khan, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Shahid Kapoor, Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon among others.

Remarking on the event, Salman stated, "It always feels incredible to be a piece of the IIFA Movement and I anticipate the 2017 IIFA Awards."

Katrina included, "I'm truly excited and anticipating performing at the IIFA Awards this year. It is such an incredible stage, to the point that grandstands the festival of film universally, as well as it's an awesome open door for us to connect with our fans around the world."

The musical evening, IIFA Rocks 2017, will be hung on July 14 and will praise 25 years of A R Rahman in the industry.

As indicated by the release, the show will highlight an at no other time seen mixture of artists that incorporates Rahman, Diljit Dosanjh, Benny Dayal, Javed Ali, Neeti Mohan, Jonita Gandhi and Haricharan Seshadri.

The evening will be hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Manish Paul.

The three day event is conceptualized by Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
