Sushma Swaraj: Pakistan can't take Kashmir to ICJ

New Delhi, Jun 5 India today said Pakistan can't take Kashmir to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and affirmed that the issue must be settled reciprocally.

India needs to settle all issues with Pakistan through dialogue, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj stated, additionally made it plentifully obvious that discussions and terror can't go together.

Swaraj was tending to a press conference on consummation of three years of the government.

The minister said there was no flip-flop on some portion of the government in handling Pakistan.

"Pakistan can't take Kashmir issue to International Court of Justice. Kashmir issue must be settled reciprocally," she said.

She was answering to a question on revealed comments of Pakistani law officer that Islamabad will take the Kashmir issue to ICJ.

"We need to determine all issues with Pakistan respectively yet talks and terror can't go together," the minister said.
